So when I first looked at this one - I was 100% sure it was an illustration of my dinner menu for later today. Mouth actually watered as I daydreamed about a gigantic steak and a fantastic french onion soup.....

I totally forgot about the Mike Doughty show tonight at the Watercolor Cafe.

An Underappreciated Art!

Over the past 2-3 years I've had the distinct pleasure of slowly easing into my day with a thoughtfully decorated Toaster Strudel. Granted, there have been days, where the plea, "What's a brother got to do around her to get a strudel" has been recited over and over and over again, to no avail, generally speaking I'm greeted with an incredible work of art.

So many of these magnificent creations have been discussed and shortly thereafter consumed. Literally hundreds and hundreds of unique creations have passed before my eyes. Some topical, some political, some abstract, and some fantastic, all are worth sharing.
